Christmas

Ok, I know this is supposed to be healthy information and more of that to come but "The Christmas Club" has started and we steer a more traditional than healthy route so I have attached the ingredients for the weekend with methods to follow.

    Also - I was wondering that if you pose a question in a post - maybe you can entice a few more to comment. I guess it's like trying to facilitate an online conversation - see what comments you get to guide your next posts...nice in concept...I have never actually managed to do this so it's all good me giving you advice eh! - I feel like I am talking to myself in comments and in blogging - as usual. Oh well - Having people follow your blog is not the only outcome to get - just the extra learning you are engaging in is worth it alone.
