Cup Cakes

Cream together in kitchen aid;
250 g butter (room temp)
2 cups caster sugar

Add one at a time;
4 eggs
until mixed together

Alternately add combined dry ingredients below with combined wet ingredients

1 cup S/R flour
1 1/4 cups P flour
1/2 cup cornflour
1t baking powder
1 block white chocolate (wizz so nearly powder-not essential)

1-2 t good quality vanilla essence
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup plain yoghurt
1-2 oranges grated rind only

makes 24
cook @ 175 C or 350 F

Icing

180 g white chocolate melted
225 g cream cheese
115 g butter
5mls vanilla essence
3 cups icing sugar
